Terms of Service

1. We agree to provide lawn maintenance services as selected during the checkout process. This typically includes mowing, string trimming (weed-eating), and blowing clippings off hard surfaces.              

2. Schedule and Weather Service Windows: We strive to maintain a consistent weekly or bi-weekly schedule. However, we do not guarantee a specific time of day for service.  Weather Delays: Rain and extreme heat are part of the business. If we miss your scheduled day due to weather, we will automatically move your service to the next available dry day.  

3. Property Access and Preparation To ensure a high-quality cut and the safety of our crew, the customer agrees to:  Access: Ensure all gates are unlocked or provide a code/key on the day of service. If we cannot access the yard, a "Trip Fee" may be applied.  Clearance: Remove all toys, garden hoses, portable fire pits, and pet waste from the lawn prior to our arrival.  Pets: Keep all pets indoors during the duration of the service.  

4. Safety and Damages Hidden Hazards: We are not responsible for damage to items left in the grass (e.g., toys, wires, or irrigation heads that are not properly recessed or marked).  Reporting: Any suspected damage caused by our equipment must be reported within 24 hours of the service date.  

5. Payments and Cancellations Billing: Payment is due at the time of service or according to the billing cycle selected at checkout. A valid credit card must be kept on file.  

Cancellation: You may cancel or skip a service with 24-hour notice. Cancellations made at the door when the crew arrives will be subject to the full service fee.
